Role: Administrator

Hours: 09.00am-1730pm (1hr unpaid break) Mon-Fri

Location: Ashford – Office Based

Salary: £22k +OTE

Our client is looking for a self driven Administrator with a proven track record of providing full office support. This is a great opportunity with someone looking for variety in their role. Your day could see you assisting with bookkeeping, creating social media posts to help promote the company and helping with preparing reports.

Responsibilities:

– Dealing with inbound/outbound telephone and email enquiries
– General Office administration duties
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders where necessary
– Perform data entry tasks to input and update information in databases

What do we need from you?

– GCSE in Maths/English or equivalent
– Office experience essential
– Ideally a flare for marketing and design
– Experience/knowledge using Xero and Salesfroce
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
